Lyn Christian, MCC, CFCCLyn is the CEO of SoulSalt Inc. – Life Strategies and Business Coaching. She has trained hundreds of coaches across five countries and created Head Trip Audio, an audio program for coaches and small business owners.
Lyn is a coaches’ coach who uses her passion and curiosity to build meaning for those who want to fully support human performance and human transformation.
Before founding SoulSalt Inc., Lyn served as Director of Innovation at two companies: Legacy Learning LLC and Franklin Covey Coaching LLC. Her key assignment in both companies involved creating coach training programs.
She is a graduate of Coach U, holding her Master Certification with the International Coach Federation and certifications from Franklin Covey Coaching and renowned Executive Coach, Marshall Goldsmith. Lyn is also a former Ambassador for the Worldwide Association for Business Coaches and PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute.
Lyn moved from academics in 1998 to assist Franklin Covey to innovate and develop several world-class productivity products such as: Renewal, Nourishing body, mind, heart and soul, of the Portable 7 Habits™, Franklin Covey 1999; Choice, Choosing the proactive life you want to live, of the Portable 7 Habits™, Franklin Covey 1999; Achieving Balance, Thoughts on personal renewal, Franklin Covey 1999, and Self Integrity, Identify your governing values, Franklin Covey 1999, as well as assisted with the writing for Let’s Get Real or Let’s Not Play, Franklin Covey 2000. Dana Phillips, ACC & Neil Phillips, Ph.D., ACCNeil and Dana Phillips come as a complete, complementary set. They’re excellent coaches, and they were just as excellent as direct sellers. By the time they retired from Tupperware, for example, their distributorship was number four in the United States and number sixteen in the world.
